*******Returns and exchanges********
I gladly accept returns and exchanges if I have grossly misrepresented an item in any way. Item must be returned in Original condition with tags. Please contact me within: 12 hours of delivery and
Ship item/s back within 3 days of delivery.
If ordering for the Christmas season, You have 3 days to contact me after the gift has been opened on the 25th. Buyer pays all shipping costs if an item is returned, those costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Repairs and lost stones. Msg me immediately to arrange a repair and for a return shipping label. I will repair most rings.

If Your custom order requires a detailed sketch, there will be a $50.00 non-refundable fee. That fee includes up 1 to 3 sketches. The sketches remain my property and only myself may complete the design, designs are non-transferable - EVER. Sketches remain my property even after artistic completion of the physical piece. You forfeit all deposits if I discover you've stolen my design... Proof will be provided if the problem ever arises.
Custom orders require a 30% Non-refundable deposit on the total amount decided by you and me, That deposit is used to acquire the materials needed to start your project and reserve time for me to work on your sketch. Once the sketch is started and materials are ordered, Your order can no longer be canceled, to cancel your order requires forfeiture of your non-refundable 30% deposit.

If the customer cancels their order for any reason, the deposit is forfeited.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Intimate items, piercings (for health/hygiene reasons)

Minus, of course, shipping charges. If your original shipping was free, it will ALSO be deducted from the refund, along with return shipping. Please contact me within 12 hours of receiving, then return in original packaging with original tags, in the same condition as received. I will send you a return shipping label.
Please notify me before leaving feedback if you are unhappy for any reason. I will work with you to resolve any issues. I am not, however, responsible for loss or damage by the Postal Service. Please consider this when deciding on insurance.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
I will also accept a money order (drawn on a major bank) or cashier's check.
All items must be paid for within 3 days of purchase.

25% of the final item price will be non-refundable if you cancel your layaway at any time. This is because I am holding the item and losing on sales, if you decide to back out after having made payments. 25% of the entire price will be Non-refundable. Payments are to be made once a month unless notice of late payment has been given. Monthly payment dates will be on the same day, every month and will start on the day that first payment is made.
Shipping
If you would like insurance, please notify me ahead of time so that I can update your invoice. I cannot be responsible for damage or loss in the mail, please consider this when deciding on insurance for those items that ship without it! I use USPS for all my shipping. Generally, most items ship 1st class, unless they are over 12 ounces or $150.00, in which case they would ship Priority. International orders ship 1st class International or Priority International. I ship within 1 day of payment, and will gladly ship all over the world! I will notify you upon shipment of your items.
****International customers are responsible for any Customs tariffs/Import fees. Due to postal regulations in the USA........all International Items will be marked as merchandise. It is the law in the USA.****

A: Custom orders are always welcome!
Q: Do you offer a discount on multiple items?
A: Yes, I do! If you are purchasing multiple items, send me a msg, and ill send you a special coupon code!!
Q: How do you ensure shipments will arrive intact?
A: Needfully Curious Creations shipments are packed and shipped in such a way as to ensure safe delivery, using bubble wrap, boxes and quality padded envelopes.
Q: Will my package be insured?
A: If you would like insurance, please notify me ahead of time so that I can update your invoice. If your entire purchase is over $150.00, shipping and insurance are free in the USA. I cannot be responsible for damage or loss in the mail, please consider this when deciding on insurance for those items that ship without it!
